Each pod is a small, multidisciplinary group where members take on different roles: project manager, data scientist, AI engineer, security specialist. This prepares you for how AI work actually happens in industry.
How Pods Work at KoreField
- Pods are assigned when you enter a Track Pathway (after AI Foundation School)
- Each pod has 4-6 members with complementary skills and track specialisations
- Pods collaborate on projects, peer reviews, and the final capstone
- An Assessor supervises each pod — providing feedback, coaching, and evaluation
